Tunney and his bride are now in Italy, where Mrs. Tunney is recov ering from the effects of an opera tion. Mrs. Fogarty formerly lived in Fort Worth Tex., where she secured a divorce. She met Tunney at Hot Springs, Ark., in the early part of 1925. She obtained her divorce from John Fogarty May 29 of that year. She has a daughter aged about ten years.
