Sltt and mix together tlour, salt and bak ing powder. Cut In fat with two knives. Chill two hours. Then take out cup and to remainder add lemon juice and cold water gradually to make stiff paste. Knead lightly and roll Into long narrow strips. Sprinkle dough with halt ot reserved mixture and fold so as to make three layers. Roll and repeat process, fold, etc. This dough is ready for cakes, puddings, or sufficient tor two Dies. To bake a pie shell, preheat Hotpoint Electric Oven to 490 de grees. Set heat control for 460 legteos and bake 10 minutes. Pumpkin Pie Beat 3 eggs lightly, add VL tea spoon salt, 2-3 cup sugar and beat again. Then gradually add 2 cups milk, cap cooked punrp- Itln, 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add filling to crust. Preheat electric Oven to 460 dogrces. Turn unner unit "off" lower unit "high" for 12 minutes, tnen "orr" or turn unit to "low" and place In oven a casserolo ot food, fruit or vegetables, etc., and lower temperature to 825 de grees as soon as possible. Bake about 29 minutes longer.
