Marines, Is one of the features of Al Sant ell's latest triumph. "Fools in the Dark," which will appear nt the llclllg thcutcr to morrow, fur one day only. The picture lo crammed with thrills from start to finish and those who miss it are surely out of luck. The chase of the big schooner by the destroyer and the boarding of the marl nea who capture the vlllian Kotah'a crew of rough necks. Is only an Incident but goes to shu wthat no expense was spar ed to make this the really great entertainment of the year. The mystery element of the story oc cunled Santell's attention for sev eral days. One of the thrills of the picture was developed by the breaking of a chain that holds an elaborate chandelier to the ceil ing. In strict accordance with the story, the heavy device waa drop ped to the floor, a distance of twenty feet. Moreover, It was dropped at a given signal so that It only missed Moore's head by a bare two Inches. Moore was game however, and the chandelier waa dropped, whizzed by his head. It had to be dropped without any re hearsal. These are only a few of the mony thrills In this excellent picture. COLLEGE CHADS SMALL FAMILIES Berkeley, Cal.. Oct. 7. After an exhaustive research, Dr. S. J. The report of Dr. Holmes on "size of colloge families," was based on data gathered on more than 42.000 families. Millions of Homes know it, too because Lipton s has the LARGEST SALE IN THE WORLD I ....Clean as a whistle!... Why the emphasis on "cleanness," you ask. Simply because trm cleanness in easoline has a lot to do with getting your money's worth from the gasoline you buy "mote miles to the gallon," in other words. Of course, freedomfrom impurities in gasoline promotes clean burning and dean cylinders. That's one advantage. But of greater importance is yet another type of cleanness not seen, but fill in your motor. Let us explain: Associated Gasoline is given a scientifically determined range or "chain" of boiling points, gradually rising from the more volatile parts on up through the heavier or power-yielding elements. Hence each "charge" of Associated Gasoline ignites instantly at the spark, and explodes or "burns" completely on the down stroke of the piston. Your motor gets all the impulse in every "charge" another explanation of "more miles to the gallon" and there's no unburned fuel to gum the cylinders. Use Associated. Get "more miles to the gallon" through sustained quality. As s o c l a ted Ga s o 1 i n e Thry ate worthy forming mares for yoor motor.
