Jones, stats game commission educational director, was bound over in the federal court here Monday night together with Har old Maloney, Pendleton farmer, on a charge of violation of the liquor laws. While the Mexican, an alleged bootlegger, sat reading In his cell the infuriated Indian secured a leg from the table and crushed his tormentor's skull with it.
