Stiff, who will make the two huge rooms over Into shipping room, repair rooms for atoves and furniture, and sales rooms for used furniture, as u part of the H. L. Stiff Furniture company plant. Addition of 10.725 feet of floor space will he effected by the incor poration ot this building Into the company plant. Its rear abuts on the alley between Court and Stata streets, giving an alloy outlet to the shipping room which will be moved there from the sales build ing which Mr. Stiff erected In 1918 and from which shipment wna made through the front. Through tinnferrinff the furni ture reconditioning plant from the basement of tho Balca butldinc. Mr- Stiff will make room for a new de partment, to bo a house wares de partment. Employees will be moved to the Great Western gar age building with their depart in ants. Coffey and Hays are negotiating for a building, and will have a con ference with builders at l o'clock today to submit specifications that will have to be met.
