The agenda for this meeting will include, but is not limited to, the following items: Hayes LP#14-13 (Continued)- Consideration of a land partition appli- cation submitted by D. Rahn Hostetter and the Hayes Family Ranch LLC on behalf of the legal owners known as the Estate of Mary Louise Hayes and the Eastern Oregon Property Development LLC. This application is being heard by the Planning Commission per the Administrative Review Article, Section 4.045. The proposed partition would create two new parcels consisting of approximately 2 acres each, leaving the remaining parent parcel with approximately 146.6 acres. The property is described as Township 2South, Range 45, Tax Lots 1500 & 1502, is zoned Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) and Industrial zone (M-1). The minimum lot size in the EFU zone is 160 acres and 5 acres in the M-1 zone. The proposed parcels in question will be ac- cessed via private easements off of Ski Run Road and Airport Lane.
