Circuit Court A writ of attachment has been issued against the real and per sonal property of Gary and Jessie Parker, on the basis of a com plaint filed by Edward Crouch. The complaint charged that Gary and Jessie Parker owed the plain tiff $1682.72 at six per cent inter est for goods, wares, and proper ty delivered to the defendants and asked that the writ be issued. Boost Announced In Steel Prices Pittsburgh, July 21 HI') Unit ed States Steel boosted Its prices to an all-time high today by in ci easing the cost of all finished steel products an average of $9.34 a ton. U. S. Steel sets the price pat tern for the entire industry, and other large producers were ex pected to make corresponding raises. Thus the price boost eventually will be reflected in all finished products such as auto mobiles, refrigerators and elec trical equipment. The raise was to compensate for a nine per cent wage increase granted its workers last Friday, corporation president Benjamin K. Kaii-less said. He pleaded guilty to a charge of drunkenn&s Tuesday morning on Bond street, and time was set for two trials on charges to which he pleaded not guilty. He was fined $25 and given a 10-day sen tence on the drunk charge. He pleaded not guilty to charg es of drunk driving and hit-and-run driving. He was arrested early last Saturday, when the truck he was operating struck a parked car owned by Myron Sy mons. He was in his car, still intoxicated when officers reach ed the scene, they said. His trial In municipal cour was set for Friday, July 23, at 5:15 p.m. The hit-and-run charge was brought on complaint of Harold Still, of Lupine, who told offi cers that Beaulieu struck his car February 23.
