Bcfurc a Large audience which filled the church, Misa Coci present ed her rocital of classic and popular mu.'ic- In the regal "Toccata and Fugue in D Minor," by Bach, which opened the concert, the artist dis played the finely balanced tonal re source of the organ by a sparkling technique. The Bach "Choral" which followed was played In well chosen, broad, sweeping lutes. Buxtehude's lilting "Fugue" literally danced in classic figuration. Miss Coci's next two groups con tained Uie more popular variety of music. "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot," and "Noel," both received enthusias tic re.spitnsc from the audience. Two other American compositions repre sented were Ticeata on St. Theo duiph. by Roland Diggle, and "Car Ulon," by Eric DeLamartcr. Probably the two must startling numbers on the program were the Toccata" from Widor's fifth syh rhony, nnd the "Finale. from Vicrne's first symphony, both played in scintillating, clean cut style.
