Rioting began here early today when more than a thousand striking tex tile workers rushed the Everett mill, hurling stones through the windows. The Holy Rosary Catholic church was also attacked, and valuable stulned glass windows broken. More than 70 shots were fired by police, who eventually succeeded in quieting the strikers. Twenty-eight of the rioters were placed under ar rest. No one was wounded, despite the number of shots. HOSPITAL RAIDED . BY SINN FEIN MEN DUBLIN, April 7. Thirty men raided the hospital In Llemrlck yes terday and rescued a youthful mem ber ot the Sinn Fein, who was on a hunger strike. The raiders killed ono constable, wounded another and locked four guards in their calls.
