(AP) — Agreements to remove dams along the Klamath River set to be signed on Wednesday seek to ensure that farmers and ranchers won’t have to pay higher prices for water. Tearing down the dams will allow endangered salmon and steelhead to return to parts of the river they have been unable to reach for nearly a century.
