Most of the program is made up of sopho- mores and freshman, so its set up for the fu- ture. Hammond said the goal is getting every- thing moving upward and hopefully get some wins along the way. “We’re trying to get everything moving in the right direction,” he said. “Try to keep contin- ue growing out numbers, try to grow lacrosse into an official sport and all the recognition that comes along with that.
