The caller said the woman was at a bar drinking and he worried she would drive and get hurt. Dale was born June 24, 1940, in Bellingham, Wash- ington. He is the son of Edward Parsons and Helen Dotson. He was raised in Hoquiam, Wash- ington. He attended schools in Hoquiam and then went to work in the logging camps at a very ear- ly age. He enlisted in the Navy in 1957 and was stationed at Lake Mead Base in Las Vegas, Nevada. Parsons After his discharge he worked in saw mills up and down the Ore- gon and Washington coast. He met Marlene Barnett of Weston, Oregon, in 1973 and they were married March 15, 1974. He worked for - cade and managed a welding supply business before he be- came ill. from a very young age. Dale liked motorcycles. He also loved to camp with his chil- dren and grandchil- dren. He spent most of his weekends spending time with his family and hav- ing BBQs. Dale is survived by his wife Mar- lene Parsons at the home; son Dale M. Parsons of Pend- leton, Oregon; son Chris Parsons of Pendleton, Oregon; daughter Jasmine Parsons of Pendle- ton, Oregon; grand- children: Aden Ulmen-Parsons of Pendleton, Or- egon, Paige Ulmen-Par- sons of Walla Walla, Wash- ington, TyRay Nylund of Pendleton, Oregon, and Ky- lie Parsons of Pendleton, Oregon; and a sister, Janice Sisto of Othello, Washington.
