Hagen and Walter F. Pat ton, former policemen. Dick Russell and Bd. Carey, convicted In federal court hero of removing 1.770 quarts of bonded liquor from a V. S. customs warehouse March 22, 191S. has been affirmed by the U. 8. circuit court of appeals. It was announced today. Ha gen was fined $1,000 and given a sen tence of two years, missel! was sen tenced to two years, Carey got' 15 months and Patton 22 months.
