Cook 1-2 package macaroni in 2 quarts boiling salted water until ten der. Drain and rinse with boiling water. Make a' cream1 sauce with a pint hot milk and 1-3 cup flour and combine with macaroni. In a casser ole put a layer of tho macaroni, then a layer of dried beef, and so on until the macaroni is used up. Put cracker crumbs on top. butter, salt and pep per. Bake until brown. lipmon Pie". Tllend 1 large tablespoon of flour with 1 cup of white sugar and 1- teaspoon of Bait. Add the juice and grated rind of 1 large lemon. Mix well. Pour on slowly 1 cup boiling water and stir until smooth. Then j add the beaten yolks of 3 eggs. Stl all together, then add the whites which have been beaten to a stift froth. Pour into a Tie plate lined with a rich crust and bake until firm. Chocolate Ctaltc. Break 2 eggs Into a cup and fill the cup up with milk. In the mixing bowl sift 1 1-2 cups pastry iiour ana 1 cuu of sugar, 2 teaspoons baking nowder ami a pinch of salt. After wards pour in milk and eggs with 9 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix to gether and bent well. Bake in two Washington pie tins. Filling Melt 2 squares of chocolare tablespoons melted butter, 2 cups of sugar and milk. Scalloped CJiecsc. Steven or 8 slices of bread, 1 or i eggs, 1-2 pound of cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, a few grains pepper, cup mils.. Hutter a baking dish and arrangt. tho bread, cut in pieces, and th cheese.
