It should be thoroughly undersnaid that every male resident between the ages or 21 and Itt years, inclusive, must register. This applies to aliens as well as to citizens. It - makes no difference whether the alien i a Japanese, n Chinese, an Italian, a German, or a man of any other nationality. He must register. In common with all cit izens of the designated ages.
