between the ages of 21 and VI eurs.

This applies to aliens as well as to

man of any other nationality. He
must register. In common with all cit
izens of the designated ages.

for the army. Hut the government
desires a record of them. One pur
pose of the war census la to obtain
accurate data as to the number and
employment of aliens of military age
now in the United Statea.
