Major Lee Moorhouse, who has a hobby for collecting pioneer relics, has Just come Into possession of the original diary kept by Ben Brown, pioneer of the Grand Ronde valley who Just recently died. Mr. Brown crossed the plains In 1861, settling in the Grand Ronde valley and was liv ing there until his death. The diary contains many interesting passages telling of the early days in eastern Oregon. Club Meeting Tonight.
