Today they are In a very "unsatisfactory condition. The citizens of Kent are searching about for some relief through the adoption of a more enduring charac ter of street pavement. The extract referred to above from the Tacoma Ledger Is as follows: "Tlie members of the Kent city council were in this city during the past week looking over the bitullthic street paving laid hero during the past year. Tliey were entnusiastle over the condition of the paved streets of Puyallup, and invited Superin tendent S. K.
