In preparing dinner for the members of the construction crew, the cook no ticed a peculiar whirring sound com ing from the flour burrel and upon Investigation found a five-foot rattler In the receptacle. Securing a forked stick and a glass Jar Qulgley managed to capture the snake and at once formlated plans for laming the deadly reptile. Within a week the snake had become so domes ticated that It would eat out of Qulgley's hand and follow him about the kitchen like a dog.
