Trees which were thought to be dead be fore planting are coming on nicely, although they have not been watered since the middle of June. Joe Bailey Resigns. Joe Bailey, for the past five years ranch at Fosters, has resigned that position on account of the health of Mrs. Bailey. With his famny a few weeks will be spent in the mountains, after which their permanent residence will be es tablished in Echo. We are not advis ed concerning the line of business Mr. Bailey will pursue, but we bespeak the general sentiment In expressing pleasure that this estimable family Is to remain in our little city. How Sagebrush Land Yields. That little seven-acre tract of land across the river .belonging to J. E, Taylor, has so far produced 14 tons of alfalfa hay and the third cutting is now ready.
