Tomorrow afternoon all of the pub lic schools of Pendleton and the St. Joseph's academy will close down for the Christmas vacation. No school will then be held until Tuesday, Jan uary 2, when work will be resumed. The Pendleton ucademy closed on Wednesday aflernoon and will not re sume until after New Year's. In some of the rooms of the pub lic school programs will be rendered tomorrow afternoon and at the high school the bi-weekly debate will be held. Women Cleared $230. The women of the M.
