Books will be bargain priced at $1 for all hardbacks and trade paperbacks and 50 cents for mass-market adult fiction paper- backs. CELEBRATION WITH WORKSHOPS, RALLY AND MARCH: This year’s event theme is “Welcome the Power to Make Change.” The MLK, Jr. celebration committee invites all to join in a renewal of our commitment to the goals of Martin Luther King, Jr. 9:30 a.m. – 1:45 p.m., Garfield High School, 400 23rd Ave. E. Event will occur regardless of rain, sun, snow or icy conditions.
