The work to be done under this contract consists of modification to the existing effluent structure of the WWTP’s disinfection basin, installation of approximately 1,985’ of new out of water 36” HDPE outfall pipe with related manholes, installation of approximately 335’ of new in-water 34” HDPE outfall pipe, installation of a new HDPE 12-port in-water diffuser, and construction of a new bike path. Also, included in the work will be the reconstruction of the cul-de-sac at the western end of Portway Ave. and the Hook access road. Prequalification is not required; however, if not currently pre-qualified to work in the City of Hood River, the appli- cant must submit with its Bid, a completed City of Hood River Prequalification form.
