The work includes all labor, equipment, and materials required to design, construct, fabricate and install all components to provide a fully operational engine generator set as described by the contract documents. The work will also require the services of the engine generator set manu- facturer’s service representative for commissioning and training. The contractor must determine the best method for removing the old generator from the room it is locat- ed in and moving the new generator into its place. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes which clearly identify the item(s) as stated in the RFB.
