The Consolidated Plan includes a Fair Housing Plan that describes to fair housing within Multnomah County, and establishes strategies and sets goals for the jurisdictions to affirmatively further fair housing. Before finalizing these plans, the jurisdictions want to give local residents and other stakeholders the opportunity to present comments and views.
