Skipworlh Home Addition Awarded Howard Nelson Construction Co. of Eugene was awarded a contract Monday for construc tion of an addition to Skipworth Home. Lane County Commissioners awarded the contract on Nel son's bid of $7,370. Nelson's bid was the lowest of about seven submitted for bid opening Mon day morning. The addition Is to be com pleted in 40 working days. It will consist of an 18-by 30-foot room and a 12-by 30-foot slab of concrete adjacent to the room with a roof canopy.
