Two performances of the ballet program, "Concert for Sherri," and the accompanying movie, "Song Without End" have been scheduled. A matinee will begin at 1:30 p.m., the evening perform ance at 7:30. ! Opening scenes in the movie are set in Cyprus, where a large number of European Jews, who nope to reacn Palestine, are in terned by the British. Israel has not yet been partitioned, and there has been no decision made on what to do with the many refugees without a country, In order to draw attention to the plight of these refugees, young man played by Paul Newman organizes the escape of freighter-load of refugees, The plight of these refugees, their fate,1 the romances that de velop and the building of a new homeland are featured through out the movie. AUTHENTIC PICTURES , Starring in the film are, in ad dition to Newman, Eva Marie Saint, Lee J. Cobb, Ralph Rich ardson, Peter Lawford, Sal Miheo and Jill- Haworth.
