OTHA Directors Coming For Lane County Meeting Oregon Tuberculosis and Heallh Assn. directors, Mrs. Lor raine Riedman and Miss Jean Le Neve from Portland, will be in Eugene for the Lane County TB and Health Assn. meeting Mon day at 8 p.m., IOOF Bldg., room 219. A report of the X-ray com mittee will be given and action taken loward the purchase of a miniature X-ray by the association. Mrs. Riedman, OTHA Case- finding director, will meet with the X-ray committee in the after noon to assist with the comple tion ol plans for the purchase of the X-ray. the report to bo pre sented to the board at the even ing meeting. Retarded Child Speaker's Topic Members and friends of the As sociation for the Help of Retard cd Children will meet Monday at 8 p.m. in the Wheeler Room of First Congregational Church. Mrs. II. H. Waechter, director of the Pearl Buck School, will lead a forum on the subject. "The Re tarded Child and His Family: Help for Both." Help from many others is need ed to assist all retarded children and their families, it is stated, and anyone interested is invited to attend the meeting. The association, a non-profit or ganization incorporated in Ore gon, was formed by parents, teachers and interested individu als of the Eugene area. The pur pose is declared to provide ade quate education for retarded chil dren and guidance for their par- cuts; to inform the public of the extent and nature nf this prob lem and its remedies, ana to work for realistic legislation. Bonneville Wives Set Luncheon Bonneville Wives will have their monthly luncheon meeting Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. at the Cafe Del Rey.
