William Barkley, a vice-president of the Powell River Co., Ltd., said the basic price of $100 per ton in United States dollars will remain the same. Canadian newsprint firms sell ing to American publishers re ceive American dollars and sell them io the Foreign Exchange Control Board for Canadian dol lars. In the future Barkley said, firms will get $110 Canadian dol lars back from the board on each ton of newsprint sold in the United States.
