SPANISH DOLLS Births Wayne Douglas I oyer 14 Wayne Douglas Toyer, 34, Sii 28th Ave. E., died Sept. 19 at his home. He was born in Rupert, Idaho March 24, 1915, and at tended the southern branch of the University of Idaho at Pocatello for two years, where he played football. He transferred to the j University of Idaho at Moscow, and was graduated in 1940. He Unlisted in the Army in June, 1 1942 at Pocatello, attended school at Boston, and was graduated in ' 1943 and discharged as a ser tfnant. Um re-en I isterl In the Armv in August, 1943 at Fort Douglas, ;i Utah, as a lieutenant, and served J in the Central Pacific Eastern Mandates, Western Pacific Air Offensive, and Japan, as a stati stlcal control officer. He received the Asiatic-Pacific campaign 'medal, and was discharged in t March, 1946 as a captain. 'r Mr. Toyer was superintendent i of schools at MacKay, Idaho, be- fore moving to Eugene Sept. I. He was attending the University S of Oregon to obtain his master's degree, and was a member of the 3 Episcopal Church.
