Mr. and Mrs. William Cox have purchased an acreage known as the Billy Bowen place on the new Willamette Highway and are erecting a new home. Cox is tele graph operator at Carter for the Southern Pacific. Julius Balzhlser of Eugene has purchased the Dave Rust property on the new highway. Mr. and Mrs. Rust now live In Yoncalla. Mr. and Mrs. William Hough of Colorado have purchased property next to Coles Cozy Cabins and are erecting a new home. Mr. Hough is an electrician and pump man and hones to put In a business soon. He is employed in Eugene at present. Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Scroggins and two children and Mrs. Scrog gins' two brothers and their fam ilies. Bill and Dale Daffern. come from Vallejo, Calif. The Daffern brothers are operating the Mahan Garage. Thev have rented the Chester Prall house. Bill has a wife and two children. All of these real estate deals were handled by the Copp Realty of Dexter.
