Other attendants were Mrs. Ar thur Jensen of Mapleton and Mrs. Lee Heater, sisters of the bride, and Mrs. Kemper Hull All wore similar gowns of aqua satin, with matching headbands of satin and rosebuds, 'and carried arm bouquets of tulips. Mrs. Oberg, the bride's moth er, wore a grey suit with black accessories and a corsage of red roses and a baby orchid. Kenneth Nugent acted as best man and Thomas Nugent as usher. Both are brothers of the bridegroom. Kenneth XNeni, a brother-in-law of the bride groom, was an usher. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Women to Open Golfing Season Wednesday at Club A two-ball greensome has been arranged by the Women's Com mittee of Eugene Country Club for opening day of the golfing season Wednesday. The execu tive board will meet at eleven o'clock in the morning followed by a general meeting for the en tire group at twelve o'clock. This also will be the first business meeting of the year. More than one hundred wo men turned out for Ladies Day at the club Inst Wednesday, most of them spending the afternoon at cards. A few braved the weather to play golf during the afternoon. Prizes at cards went to Mrs. L. S. Axland and Mrs. S. A. Scxsmtth.
