Bjorklund, former ATmy Air Force officer and gradu ate of Oregon State College school of forestry, has been named as sistant forester for the West Coast Lumbermen's Association and the Pacific Northwest Logger's Asso ciation, according to Edmund Hayes, Portland, chairman of the joint committee on forest conser vation.
