Bartlam, Eugene, speaking to the Rotary Club here Friday on the "Meaning of Christmas," told what he thought would be a solu tion to gain permanent world peace. He said "men must change If wc are to gain peace inrougn men's schemes" and for men to change they must turn to Christ "who is the only one still able to change men." Turn to Christ People, said Rev. Bartlam, for mer president of Eugene Rotar lans, ai self-centered, but if they turn to Christ they "gradually be come outward in their thinking." He told the Rotarlans that if 'you change" (in this manner) "; our home will change, your children will change and some day the world will change." He said it Is the men behind the schemes for peace that are the only ones who can make the schemes work. He warned mat thoie men mu: ' be changed. Tells History Rev.
