Thirty-five women were present for the dessert lunch. Out-of town guests were; Mrs Lela Dick, Mrs. Water Hard castle, Mrs. Ivan Surcamp and Miy Leitha Surcamp all of Eu gene, Mrs. Thomas Minter, Miss Irene Benninger of Horton, Mrs. Wilbur Winfrey of Springfield and Mrs. Lou Surcamp of Fall Creek. Pythian Girls Group Plans Gay Evening Phythian Sunshine Girls will meet Tuesday evening at seven o'clock in the Knights of Phyth Ias Hall. Following the regular meeting the girls will go a caroling, visiting the Children's Hospital School and other hospi tals. When they return, refresh ments will be served and there will be a gift exchange, and then they will all settle down for a slumber party. Committee on refreshments is, Mrs. D. L. Brooks, Mrs. Ray Brown, and Mrs. Marion Patton. MR., MRS. FURBER . Their golden wedding anniversary was observed the first of last week by Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Furber. Friends were prevented from feting the couple because of Mrs. Furber's illness. ILLAHEE DIVISION, auxil iary to B. of L. E., will meet in Knights of Phythias Hall, Satur day evening for potluck dinner at six-thirty o'clock. Members are asked to bring a gift for ex change at the Christmas party which will follow the lodge meeting.
