The mission's report to the U.S. gov ernment. the Journal said, re. vealed that non - experimental crimes of the Nazis Included Mass killings of persons about to die from disease, malnutrition, and old age; poor workers placed on a hunger diet and then killed when they became weakened from malnutrition: mass killings to make more room in overcrowded concentration camps and prisons; and hundreds of thousands of Grasles. "One series of murders was done to provide skeletons for an anthropological museum, t n e Journal said. Collins, 18, Elmlra. and Norval lOrndorff, 22, Live Oak, Calif., to a maximum of three years each In the state penitentiary after the pair had entered guilty pleas to a larceny by bailee charge ! Tuesday. They were returned from Twin Falls, Idaho, Monday after tak ing a used car out for a trial ride in Springfield and then depart ing for the Idaho City. Both waiv ed indictment by the grand jury following their return here. Another three-year maximum was meted out to Scott Mangrum, 62, on a burglary not in a dwel ling charge for the theft of $150 in narcotics from Croner's Drug Store in Oakridge. Mangrum also waived grand jury Indictment and pleaded guilty. 1 The three men were taken to Salem to begin prisons terms Wednesday afternoon.
