Misses' and Women's Sizes University Graduation Interests; Events Listed; Alumnae Meet Saturday CDMMENCEMENT time again at the University of Oregon next week-end will interest a large group of Eugene alumni as well as parents of graduating seniors. The three-day program features many interest ing programs and social events, drawing many out-of-town visitors and alumni. Local Women Active Eugene women take an active part in the week-end through various organizations sponsoring activities at this time. For local women the highlight events for the week end will be the silver tea for the Pauline Potter Homer col lection of beautiful books on Friday afternoon; the annual breakfast and meeting of the State Association of University of Oregon Women next Satur day morning at the Osburn hotel; and the traditional flower and fern procession Sunday evening, June 8. Breakfast Event Special guests at the break fast of the State Association of University of Oregon Women Saturday morning will be Miss Anne Whiteaker, member of the class of '81, and Mrs. C. S. Williams, ex-member of the '81 class, Mrs. Frederick M. Hunt er and Mrs. Donald M. Erb. None of the fifty year women will be able to attend. Mes sages will be read from them. Mrs. George T. Gerlinger of the association will give a short talk. Mrs. O. F. Stafford will pre side at the breakfast. A short musical program will be given. Special effort is being made to have mothers and daughters who are alumnae attend, as well as senior women. Erb will en tertain in Alumni hall of the Gerlinger building for all seniors and alumni. Froeesslon Interests This year, for the first time, the annual flower and fern pro cession for all senior women and alumnae will not be held on alumni day but on Sunday evening instead, at six-thirty o'clock on the lawn at the wo men's quadrangle around the Pioneer Mother statue.
