Watkins, 43, of 71 Mad ison street, died Wednesday in the Southern Pacific hospital in San Francisco. He was born in Harris burg Sept. 9, 1895, and when a child, moved with his parents to Cottage Grove. He married Leta Wetzel in Eugene Sept. 11, 1926. He was a World war veteran and had lived in Eugene since the end of the war. He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Miss Lucille Watkins of Eugene: one brother, Ernest Watkins of Albany; and five sisters, Mrs. L. V. Camp of Port land; Mrs. W. A.
