Harry C. Watklns
Harry C. Watkins, 43, of 71 Mad
ison street, died Wednesday in the
Southern Pacific hospital in San
Francisco. He was born in Harris
burg Sept. 9, 1895, and when a
child, moved with his parents to
Cottage Grove. He married Leta
Wetzel in Eugene Sept. 11, 1926.
He was a World war veteran and
had lived in Eugene since the end
of the war. He is survived by
his wife; a daughter, Miss Lucille
Watkins of Eugene: one brother,
Ernest Watkins of Albany; and five
sisters, Mrs. L. V. Camp of Port
land; Mrs. W. A. McCornack of
Bakersfield, Cel., Mrs. W. A. Nel
son of Oakland, Cal., Mrs. Leon
Hulett of Eugene and Mrs. Lew-
