Grandson Of Founder Of Eugene Dies Prior F. Blair, grandson of Prior Blair, one of the fnui.derB of Eugene, died Sunday in Port land. He was born in Eugene and lived here until about 20 years ago. Besides his wife, Mrs. Cora Blair, he is survived by two brothers. James W. Blair and Roy C. Blair., and one sister, Mrs. Roma l.eckly, all of Portland. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Blair. Funeral serv ices will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p. m. at the Holman and LOU Colonial mortu ary in Portland, with interment in Riverview cemetery. Scout Young ramp. S. A. W.
