Recover Stolen Car H. E. Riggs, 1251 Lincoln, re ported Tuesday that his car had been stolen sometime Sunday or Monday. Police recovered the car a few hours later, it was reported, Drunk Sentenced Martin Conway was arrested on drunkenness charges Tuesday and was sentenced to spend a few days in the county jail, police reports stated.
