The prices ranged from 32 to 25 cents s dozen. Buying prices of eggs remained titeady and unchanged, according to different buyers whose prices are quoted daily. Wheat remained at $1.02 a bushel In Euene and other grains were quiet. Butter and poultry were steady. Buyers were offering 10 cems gen erally for toms and 18 cents for No. 1 hens but hens were quoted as high as 10 cents. The selling price for toms ranged around 10 to 20 cents and 20 to 21 cents for hens, with some selections up to 22. A decrease of receipts and an In crease of demand was apparent. Joel McCrea and Joan Bennett are at. the Mayflower until Wednesday night in "Two in a Crowd", one of the better pictures of the year. This gay young pair romp through the hour and a half picture, giving splendid per formances. They meet v:hen each finds half a torn thousand dollar bill. They finally fall in love as they try to patch the bill together and split the proceeds. There are complications sitch aa police, gangsters, and race horses to Interfere, but all ends well. "China Clipper" and "Wives Never ! Know" are the two pictures on the j Rex bill. The former stars Pat O'- i Brien, Hobart Bosworth, Ross Alex- ' ander, and Beverly Roberts.
