Obituaries Mrs. Emma Dirratt Mrs. Kmma Dirrntt of Albany died at the home of her Bon, Edward B. Mrrutt, Jefferson street, Thurs day evening. Mrs. Dirratt was 83 years old, having been born in Matfi- sonville, Kentucky, on Aug. S, 1858. She came from Kozeman, Mont., 24 years ago.
