Calloway, president of the association, will preside at tile plat - form exercises. Saturday will be Albany day, when the program will be under the direc tion of the Allsiny Commercial club with II. W. Tripp, president, presid ing. The Albany folks have prepared a delightful program for this day, In cluding the famous Oregon Loggers, aolos, an address by Fred Dawson on "The Old World vs. The New"; an address by Hon. Joe K. (Spe cial) Work on the city reservoir on Willamette Heights has been complet ed and the reservoir is in use now, according to W. K. Jfarnell, manager of the Mountain States Power com pany's plant here. The reservoir has not been used for many years, a large wooden tank being sufficient for the city's needs.
