Irraa Bennett, who has been work ing in the Umpqua 'hotel in Heeds port, is spending a month's vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. U. B. Bennett. Tho funeral of John Vernon Hub bard was held Saturday afternoon from the Mills chnpel, Rev. Duncan P. Cameron officiating. The pall bearers were A. J. Johnson, Howard Tracy, Murry Newton, Claud Huff, Ed Heck, and G. A. Sanders. Interment was in the I. O. O. F. and A. F. and A. M, cemetery.
