Apple .Crunch -Dessert Good Thers s no md to th number of wayj that apples can brighten winter-time menut, especially in the realm of desserts. One of the simple! to make b todays recipe lor Apple Crunch, a dessert that brlnfs out the nat ural delicious flavor of this fruit which is now at Its biggest, red dest. juiciest best. To make, simply arrange apple slice i a, shallow 'pan, cover with browa sugar, and sprinkle with nutmeg and grated lemon rind. Then fir the crunch, crush corn flakes into fine crumbs and mix with brown sugar and melt ed butter. Sprinkle this over the applet and bake until tender. Serve warrn wilji cream or ice cream.
