Onion and lemon slices are arranged over the top to nuke , an unusual "crust'' made golden red with paprika. Underneath is a succulent mature of turkey, nee and tomato sauce subtly sea soned with celery seed. Lemon Turkey Caaternle ll.a cups water 1' teaspoons salt cup uncooked while rice teaspoon black pepper l teaspoon whole celery seed 2 cups coasely diced cooked turkey or chicken 1 S-oz. can tomato sauce 1' cupa turkey or chicken brolh or water 4 lemon slices, halves About 9 thin onion slice, 2 tablespoons butter or mar farine X teaspoon paprika Put the water, salt and rice In I 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a vigorous boil over a high heat. Torn the heat down low. Cover with a lid and simmer over this tow beat 14 minutes. Remove tfte saucepan from the neat but leave the lid on 10 minutes.
