Onion and lemon slices are arranged over the top to nuke , an unusual "crust'' made golden red with paprika. Underneath is a succulent mature of turkey, nee and tomato sauce subtly sea soned with celery seed. Lemon Turkey Caaternle ll.a cups water 1' teaspoons salt cup uncooked while rice teaspoon black pepper l teaspoon whole celery seed 2 cups coasely diced cooked turkey or chicken 1 S-oz. can tomato sauce 1' cupa turkey or chicken brolh or water 4 lemon slices, halves About 9 thin onion slice, 2 tablespoons butter or mar farine X teaspoon paprika Put the water, salt and rice In I 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a vigorous boil over a high heat. Torn the heat down low. Cover with a lid and simmer over this tow beat 14 minutes. Remove tfte saucepan from the neat but leave the lid on 10 minutes. Place the cooked rice in well ireased li quart glass baking dish. Sprinkle with the black pepper and celery seed. Add the turkey, tomato sauce and 1 cup broth or water. Pour the remaining la cup water or broth over the onion and lemon ! slicea. Cut up the butter or mar garine over the top. . Sprinkle with the paprika.
