Grains Gain Over Board CHICAGO, Nov. 20 up-After a slight dip at the start, grains moved higher, on the Board of Trade today. Wheat closed unchanged to higher, corn H-Ta higher, oats la 's higher, rye 1 io l' higher, soy beans 'i-3'j higher and lard 20 to 42 cents a hundred pounds higher. Wheat was less able to hold onto its gains than other cereals, and this was particularly true of the new crop months. A snow storm in the Great Tlains should provide wheat with needed moisture, trad ers reasoned. Yugoslavia picked up 430.000 bushels of wheat and a big busi ness was expected shortly with Turkey, Greece, Colombia and French North . Africa. It was ru mored the Commodity Credit Corp. had halted sales of its wheat at 105 per- cent of parity plus storage charges.
