National Guard Camp Bids 318 With Three Salem Companies Statesman, Salem, Ore., Wei, Jun. 13, "56 (Sea I)-9 Salem's three National Guard tinlti will tend a total of 311 of ficer! and men to annual summer camps ttartinf this week end. Companies B and D of the 162nd Infantry Regiment of the 41st Di vision will entrain at I a.m. Satur day for tht division training site at Fort Lewis. The special troop train also will carry 41st Division elements from Dallas, Silverton and Woodburn, and other points to the south. Salem Battery D of the 722nd Anti-Aircraft Battalion, comprising some 95 officers and men. leaves by truck convoy early Saturday for its trsinlng grounds at Camp Clatsop near Astoria. Company B has a membership of 138 officers and men, making it largest single unit in the entire 41st Division. Company D's roster shows 85 officers and men.
