Dur ing World War II she served as a Red Cross nurse with the German army and navy, having been sta tioned in Paris for two years, as well as at a submarine base in Brest. She served in England for a year and a half to care for wound ed German prisoners a a super vising nurse. The bride is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Buck of Bavaria, Germany.
